The goal of my holiday at Hotel Envia Spa & Golf in Almeria was mainly to regain my vitality after the battle against colorectal cancer. This beautiful hotel has a Spa & Wellness center with a complete and varied range of treatments (there you are also kindly welcomed and assisted in English).
Since I have worked in this field for many years, it was important for me to find someone very professional and experienced, which is often not so obvious. To my greatest joy I immediately realized when Lola started the full body massage, that she was very aware of all the acupressure points. The treatment had a big influence on my meridian system and stimulated very good the blood flow. I had a general feeling of well-being and was entirely relaxed. Thanks to her knowledge and approach (she works from her heart and soul) I really felt reborn! This was also the reason why, to my greatest satisfaction, I booked several other treatments with her. After 25 days I could return home extremely vital :-))
See you next year ...Hemos pasado en pareja un rato muy agradable y relajante en el spa del hotel, lo recomiendo, en cuanto al gym: excelente persona atento durante los entrenos y lo mejor es que siempre es tranquilo y poca gente

We spent a very pleasant and relaxing time as a couple in the hotel spa, I recommend it. As for the gym: excellent, attentive staff during workouts and the best thing is that it is always quiet and not very crowded.

I'm a member of their gym and I love it. The facilities are huge, the machines are in excellent condition, and there are plenty of them. They also have a stretching area and a weight room. They have guided activities. It's a quiet, relaxed place, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly despite having a lot of members. The hours are quite long, even on weekends and holidays.

I was there last month with my partner, and we were super happy. We were at the spa which was a 10, Rosa helped us at the counter and explained everything to us. Very attentive and very correct. And we completed the experience with a massage, Lola and dew, thank you very much. It was a wonderful experience, without a doubt, we will return.
Muchas gracias.
